Kristen Fischer, MBA, is an accomplished marketing and branding expert who brings brands to life through strategic, creative, and results-driven campaigns. As the Director of the Delta Dental Institute & Community Impact, Kristen leads the overall strategy, vision, and programmatic planning for the Delta Dental Institute, the national voice of the System focusing on research, community impact, and advocacy initiatives that elevate oral health in the nation's broader healthcare conversation.
With more than 15 years specifically in healthcare marketing, Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to advance the mission of the Institute. Most recently, Kristen was the Marketing Manager for Delta Dental Plans Association, where she managed programs to help grow and elevate the Delta Dental brand nationally. Kristen has previously worked with major healthcare brands, including Northwestern Medicine and Advocate Health Care.
Kristen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Elmhurst University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Benedictine University, and digital and marketing strategy certificates from Cornell University.
